Program Overview

Under the continued attention and commitment of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of Cambodia, this scholarship program helps develop skilled digital human resources for the future.

This prestigious program funds elite training for outstanding Cambodian students pursuing undergraduate degrees in core technology fields, with academic mentorship, lab access, and internship pathways.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be of Cambodian nationality.
  • Possess a High School Diploma (Bac II) or equivalent certified qualification.
  • Aged between 18 and 25 years old at the time of application.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest or background in ICT, computer science, or engineering.
  • Hold a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or equivalent Grade B average on the high school exit exam.
